The owner Keith is a Christian & a good friend! We have lived here 3 years & find it to be kind of like living in the country, quiet, peaceful & you feel safe! It is an older park & it has some older mobile home, but Keith brings in new or rebuilt mobile homes often! The managers are helpful, friendly & take their position seriously! We gave it a 4 rating because there is always room for improvement!
Love it, the place we lived was an older trailer but it was kept up and remodled so that was nice. Keith the owner is a very Christian guy and willing to help when he can. And the maintenance and office managers are awesome! Very quiet and peaceful too!
We have lived at Smith Mobile Home Park 3 years. It is an older mobile home park & has some older homes! We live in a nice older mobile home! It is quiet, peaceful & safe. That is 3 very important things to my wife & me. The owner, Keith is a good Christian man. The owners are very helpful, friendly & professional. The maintenance men work hard.
