Decent place to grab a bite to eat. I ordered hamburger with fries and it was delivered quickly. Conveniently located off I-20 springridge exit. Bathrooms needed attention but overall atmosphere was good.
Food was great! The service could have been a little better. Our waitress was very rude and unconcerned!
Couldnt figure out why my steak knife was wet and dripping? After eating about half my steak, it turns out that the wooden handle on the steak knife was the culprit dripping dishwater soap all over my food - i instantly lost my appetite. Apparently comping my steak is to make up for it - management doesnt care as they havent stopped by to talk with me even after I asked to talk with them. Mgmt never came to talk....... Poor bartender
Can't say I've ever had a bad experience at any applebees. The prices could be better by being a little lower but they make things at least good bit better by offering the 2 for 20 or 2 for 25. Also the half off happy hour appetizers help make your visits far better and more likely.
Since a very bad experience I haven't really ate here in a while. My coworker got me here and the food was great. However I was told a price and ticket was different price. I was not expected to pay 10 more than expected. I guess I will stop coming here once again. And one of the managers never spoke even as we walked in and said hello with a smile. He said nothing not even a smile. Rude.
