I took my dog in to get a deshedding shave and when I picked her up the shaving was awful. My dog is very well mannered and I know from previous experiences of getting her cut. The shave was choppy and just looked terrible. For the price I paid, I expected a professional shave, not something that looked like a two yr old did. I will never go to Shannon again.
I have a 14 yr old poodle that is frail, 2 other groomers refused to do her the 3rd was going to charge me $85.00!!! A friend recommended Shannon, she took her time with her hugged her & calmed her down. My baby has never looked so good, and only charged me $39.00 even though it took her longer to do her. It's obvious that Shannon not only loves dogs but has a special way with them. I won't go any where else.
They are the BEST! My dog absolutely loves staying there. If I need to board her, she jumps out of the car when we get there and runs in. Obviously, they have treated her well.
For one it was a terrible idea taking my poodle there . I told her to do one thing and she did what she wanted to do . She left my baby without hair . I never told her to do that . My dog had pretty hair . Which was the best part of it and now it looks like a rat and I'm very disappointed . Told her to leave the dog with some hair and now it's bald .
Took my pom this mrng an left him... an I am a highly satisfied costumer!!! She cut him jus the way I wanted, I love it he'll definitely be going back!!! I almost didn't recognize my bear lol. The guy at the counter was very friendly as well, thanks for a job WELL DONE!!!
