Awful.. Every excuse under the sun. Mr Coleman your store is the pits. I buy a hot water heater and pay for installation and then the excuse after excuse starts. Its under 22 miles paper work says less than 30 from Store.. Sub contractor says its 50 ? Save your effort and money and go to Lowe's..
