It's a really great gym. It lives up to its title of the "No Judgement Zone".
I've been calling this gym nonstop trying to transfer my membership because I relocated recently. My membership card had broken off my keychain somewhere and I can't find it so I was told by my desired new location to call my current gym and get it from them. First the line was busy. Then I was finally able to get through after the phone rung for minutes at a time, the woman who answered the phone hung up in my face while I was giving her my name and requesting a transfer. I thought it was a mistake until I called back several times and no answered. Planet fitness should reevaluate their staff on customer service. I am very disappointed in this place. I'm tempted to just cancel my membership overall.
Good layout, clean facilities. Can be quite busy in peak hours.

They can't look up details for our of towners. A huge network of gyms and they can't connect their data? Ridiculous!
