I tried calling to change my son's appointment (which they scheduled), but no one answered. They called me and said that I had to pay a $25 fee for not showing up, which was ridiculous. I've been a good customer and you treat your customers like this. I asked to speak w/ the Supervisor and she said that I had to pay $25, even if I re-scheduled. They were not understanding or sympathetic, considering it was near Christmas. I told the Supervisor that they can either get the $25 or lose a customer. She said that I had to pay. Wow! You rather lose a customer and gain $25. Be careful when dealing with these people.
