Despite my pre-wash scrubbing, the car came out less than sparkling clean. I let the staff know what happened and Rico offered to wipe down my car with a shimmy wipe by hand to get rid of the left over grime that didn't come off in the wash. He was super polite and professional , and I really appreciated him going the extra mile for me. Always great service here!
