Can I put no stars. Still haven't gotten my tax refund. Throughout this year I have called about 30 times with no answer. After 6 months they answer and ask me to re send my w-2. Then after weeks I still see nothing with no notification. Call they some how answers first try, only to tell me I have to go online after they resend me yet another document. These people are rude, I'm helpful and do not know what they are doing. Really wish they would pay out money owed.
My employer sent in a garnishment on Feb. 17th. They lost the check and put a lien on my federal taxes. My employer had to send them another check once they canceled the previous one. The check was delivered personally on April 14th and as of today I have not gotten my credited amount from them. Needless to say, this is for my FY15 taxes. Each time I call, they say it is still processing. It doesn't take 4 weeks to cut a check and mail it out when in the past I got it in 1 week.

Mississippi Dept. of Revenue is very corrupt. The state legislature had to step in even to pass a new law to halt what the Dept. was doing. Get this: the person who audited you was the same person, if you appealed, who then made the decision on the appeal! Good old corrupt Mississippi - the laughing stock of American. PROVEN to be the most corrupt state in the union as published by Fortune Magazine.
